Apologies for the short post, but here’s a statement from today’s Irish Times editorial on decentralisation to stop you in your tracks:

Only a fool would buy sites or sign expensive office contracts in a falling property market.

Tomorrow’s commercial property supplement should make for interesting reading then.

And sure enough, today’s property supplement is a one page notice saying -

Discontinued until further notice: only a fool would buy sites or sign expensive office contracts in a falling property market

Actually it seems there was only one page of commercial property today. You can say it’s the time of year… I say it’s ARMAGEDDON!
