There’s not a lot to say about this… “Afterwards, Charlie got into the car and said, ‘ ‘You’re going to get your plan, Bertie, but he’s going to get the credit’

Between that and managing to squeeze in references to his newly published autobiography in all his media comments about Stephen Gately’s tragic death.
We should really just ignore him. He’s probably missing all the attention
We’ve got used to a lot from B Ahern over the years. However as a Dublin central voter and someone who knew Tony Gregory, not well, but enough to know he was a truly decent man and passionate about his political beliefs in way beyond nearly ever other serving ‘politician’ in this country, this is a new low that has (and I thought it wasn’t possible) degraded B Ahern to an even greater degree.
Did you really mean to put the inverted commas around ‘serving’?
Bertie’s book is available as a bittorrent, for those who know how to look for it. Apparently it’s part of a concerted campaign to rob him of as much royalties as humanly possible. Just google Bertie’s name and “torrent” and you’ll find it.

I’m told that sadly, only available as scanned pages (so far).
I guess that those wicked, evil bootleggers need to find an individual handy with the old OCR to do the business properly.
There’s something in what you say…
Seems that to Bertie, an assertion that’s unfalsifiable is the same as it being true. He simply can’t tell the difference.
Some dead guy said something to me in private nearly three decades ago about some other guy who has since also died.
Right, I guess we’ll just have to take your word on that so Bert.
