Is that Obama reference just a strange appeal to authority? I can’t think why else it would be thrown in there.

And of course they’re “social welfare customers” now.

President Higgins made a speech the week before last complaining about the use of the term customers instead of citizens where services are provided. Do you think anyone has told the Minister?
