Jody Corcoran is being oppressed.

Which is the issue: the burden is not shared in a fair or equitable manner, nor will it be as long as an old ideologue like Mr Rabbitte, aided and abetted by RTE, seeks to protect the electoral base of Labour through whatever means necessary, including the use of outrageous hyperbole directed towards “some sections” of the media, the future of which he will directly influence.

What’s the world coming to when you can’t even constantly attack the public sector without someone saying you’re talking bollocks? It’s a hard life.

Having taxed them to the hilt, the State is now portraying property buyers as public enemy No 1, who are ajudged as having irresponsibly “gambled” our money by those who wasted the vast sums they paid to State coffers.

I’ve no idea what the hell Marc Coleman is talking about. Then again, neither does he.

I’d like to put in a word for the story on the 757 emergency landing:

The vulgarity of this:

is matched only by its illiteracy (`seasonable vegetables’, `two racehorses that lasted for 20 minutes’).
