Starting off this week with Two Anti-Treaty Political Cartoons from 1922

On then to “A brief account of the battle of Mount Street Bridge Easter 1916″ leaflet from éirígí

Then from the 2004 Local Elections a Leaflet from Socialist Party candidates Ruth Coppinger and Helen Redwood with the headline “Elect Two Socialist Party Councillors”

and finally a Lisbon 2 leaflet from IBEC

I’m also looking to get a list of Pro and Anti Fiscal Treaty campaign groups (other than the political parties). Suggestions most welcome.

That Éirigí pamphlet is awesome, it has to be said.

The Éirigi one is pretty good. And I always like Countess Markievicz’s propaganda cartoons. They’re often very witty, this one of Piaras Béaslaí as an example. http://catalogue.nli.ie/Record/vtls000148387/Image?lookfor=http://kildarest.nli.ie/pd/gen/4/3067tx1%28a%29.jpg (Hope the link works.)

Éirigí always very good on graphics, at least until relatively recently – thought their posters went off the boil in recent times.
