Its fairly complex and comes up with various options for the government as opposed to actual recommendations. So I’m sure there is a lot more procrastination to come from the powers that be.
To my eyes none of the recommendations appear to go much beyond ‘Legislating for X’ and some appear quite cumbersome, especially where second opinions are required.
I’m sure there will be a lot more on this over the coming months.
