3) Bit of a trick question? Patrick Nulty is one month younger (November r’82) than Nolan, but is he a ‘Labour’ TD?

1) Might also be a bit fiendish – Richard Bruton is listed as a member of DCC up to ’94: I assume he resigned on taking ministerial office in the Rainbow, but, depending on the timing, he might have been a councillor for about 10 minutes while his bro’ was taoiseach? 🙂
