Well, not quite, but examining the issue of the 200 mile fishing areas (I’m curious how that works given the proximity to Ireland and the continent – let’s just say it’s complex) I saw a photograph of a Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency vessel, one of 3 and the 2 aircraft used by them The SFPA was an executive agency of the Scottish Government. According to wiki the SFPA was merged seven years ago with the Marine Directorate to form ‘Marine Scotland’.
