What a crap poster! What is this event? A history seminar? Ah, ok, I see it’s a ‘major conference’. Major?
“Labour, gender and class in the struggle for independence”. “Labour and Northern Ireland: Foundation and Development”. “across these islands”.
It’s all over the place.
Hope it goes well.

Good news! Looking forward to hearing why Southern Labour and the BLP shouldn’t run in the North, again! There’s always the sister party of course who is now more like a distant cousin with their FF arrangement and the shambolic Durkin FG affair!

the BLP shouldn’t run in the North

Wasn’t the ‘campaign’ to get British Labour to run in the North pretty much just Newton Emerson’s mammy and a few other loyalist cutouts?

And let’s not get started on the ILP, which for quite some time has been just a loose coalition between offspring-of-socialists, liberals, union bureaucrats and the former WP.
