Approval rating

Thought it useful to take a quick look at the approval ratings for Donald Trumphttps://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/?cid=rrpromo. Hardly surprisingly his disapproval ratings outweigh his approval ratings. At the weekend 52.4% Disapproved, 44.2% Approved. The slow retreat of Republicans from his denial of the Biden victory may well begin to manifest in at least some of that polling, one has to presume.

Check out his popularity as against other one term Presidents, those being Bush, Carter in more recent times. It’s striking how little variability, relatively speaking there has been in his polling. Curiously that of Obama comes closest perhaps?
