SIPTU’s book of collected copies of The Worker’s Republic is well worth buying, not least in preference to the quite misleadingly-titled ‘Revolution Papers’. It’s a revelation of political issues and incidents which are forgotten now but were the backdrop to both the so-called ‘Great War’ and 1916.
You want to read the real revolution papers? Read this, Shan Van Vocht, Éire-Ireland, Nationality etc.
