…and yes, it would appear that there’s been yet another change in personnel so that the lead and as far as one can make out most of the others whose roles are confirmed appear to be played by a third set of actors (given that they changed from Part I to Part II.

I managed to acquire Part I very inexpensively second-hand in recent weeks. I may report back on it.

What’s going to happen with the site if you’re persuaded by the movie? The Conservative Libertarian Redoubt would be a good name.

A friend who watches “Orange is the New Black” was amazed
at how different Schilling’s good acting there is from her
wooden turn in the first A.S. film.

I’ve always thought there’s a excellent tv drama/film to
be made out of “Two Girls, Fat and Thin” by
Mary Gaitskill, which features an interesting
depiction of a Rand like figure (although Gaitskill
thinks Rand’s ideas are BS, the actual Rand figure is
treated with some sympathy). If I were a film producer
I’d be trying to buy the rights to TGFaT.

Two Girls is some book alright. Might be too emotionally uncompromising for the movies perhaps. Have you see OITNB, heard great things about it?

What’s the odd change of appearance between Übermenschen? Isn’t that just what plastic surgery is for?

I was very young at the time but as far as I recall my Great Aunt was very kind to dogs.
