Hardly surprising when the student union suggests a 75% increase in student numbers with no increase in facilities amongst other issues.

Here’s some further context from the Irish Times a short while back and an educative clash between the PAC in the Oireachtas and
the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) on”accountability and governance at the college”.

Members of the Public Accounts Committee have described as “scandalous” the provision of €100 million to the National College of Art and Design (NCAD) at a time when its accounting practices were found to be unfit for purpose.

I’m sure there’s a witty comment to be made here about artists not making the best accountants, but I can’t quite put my finger on it…
